Improves customer service
We make contacting your business, collecting client information, and managing reservations as seamless as possible. When a potential customer contacts you via email or phone, a manual record can be quickly added to Lodgely. Alternatively, a person visiting your website can submit an inquiry form that simultaneously adds information to your email marketing database and the reservation system as a lead.
Consolidates customer information
As new inquiries are received managers and staff are alerted via email with contact information so they can follow up on the lead right away. Staff can access Lodgely to add or modify reservations, review the calendar, check availability, send confirmation letters, request liability waivers, update customer information, and track required documents.
